→ Dipping Sauce (optional)
13 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
14 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
15 - 1 teaspoon sugar
16 - 1 teaspoon chili sauce (optional)
# How To Make:
01 - Combine ground chicken, grated carrot, sliced green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
02 - Cut each lumpia wrapper in half to form two rectangular pieces.
03 - Place 1 tablespoon of filling near one short edge of each wrapper half, shaping it into a small log.
04 - Fold in the sides over the filling, then roll up tightly. Brush the end with beaten egg to seal securely.
05 - Repeat the rolling and sealing process with remaining filling and wrappers until complete.
06 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to heat for 3 minutes.
07 - Place lumpia bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray them with oil.
08 - Air fry for 8 minutes, then flip each bite, spray lightly again, and cook for an additional 7 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
09 - Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and optional chili sauce in a small bowl, stirring until sugar dissolves.
10 - Serve the lumpia bites hot alongside the dipping sauce.
