03 - Place 1 tablespoon of filling near one short edge of each wrapper half, shaping it into a small log.
04 - Fold in the sides over the filling, then roll up tightly. Brush the end with beaten egg to seal securely.
05 - Repeat the rolling and sealing process with remaining filling and wrappers until complete.
06 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to heat for 3 minutes.
07 - Place lumpia bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray them with oil.
08 - Air fry for 8 minutes, then flip each bite, spray lightly again, and cook for an additional 7 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
