10 - Flaky sea salt, to taste (optional)
# How To Make:
01 - Thoroughly wash all citrus fruits to remove any residue or dirt.
02 - Using a sharp chef's knife, slice off both ends of each fruit, then stand upright and carefully remove peel and pith, following the contour.
03 - Cut each citrus fruit into thin, even rounds approximately 1/4 inch thick. Remove any seeds encountered.
04 - On a large platter or wooden board, arrange citrus slices in overlapping rows or as a garland, alternating colors and varieties for visual impact.
05 - Tuck fresh mint leaves between citrus slices for contrast. Sprinkle pomegranate arils over top if desired.
06 - Lightly drizzle honey or agave syrup over the arrangement if using, then finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt to taste.
07 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate. Best served the same day for optimal freshness.
