# How To Make:

- In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay one tortilla flat and evenly spread one-quarter of the cream cheese mixture over the surface, leaving a half-inch border.
- Layer smoked turkey slices evenly over the spread, then scatter diced red bell pepper, julienned cucumber, grated carrot, and chopped chives on top.
- Tightly roll up the tortilla from one end to the other. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up for slicing.
- Repeat the spreading, filling, and rolling process with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
- Unwrap each roll and slice into six equal pinwheels.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a large platter forming a Christmas tree shape with a wide base tapering to a point.
- Insert pretzel sticks at the base for the trunk. Garnish with parsley sprigs between pinwheels, cherry tomato halves as ornaments, and place the yellow bell pepper star at the top.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
