# What You Need:

→ Grapes

01 - 3 cups seedless green grapes, washed and thoroughly dried
02 - 3 cups seedless red grapes, washed and thoroughly dried

→ Cheese Coating

03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 2 ounces goat cheese, softened
05 - 1 tablespoon honey
06 - 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

→ Nut & Garnish Coating

07 - 1 cup pistachios, finely chopped and lightly toasted
08 - 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped and lightly toasted
09 - 1/4 cup edible gold or silver sprinkles or edible glitter (optional)
10 - 12 to 14 small mint leaves (optional)

# How To Make:

01 - Blend cream cheese, goat cheese, honey, and sea salt in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy.
02 - Using a small spoon or fingers, lightly coat each grape with the cheese mixture.
03 - Roll coated grapes in chopped toasted pistachios and pecans, pressing gently to adhere. Optionally roll some grapes in edible glitter or sprinkles for sparkle.
04 - Arrange grapes on a serving platter alternating green and red grapes to resemble a grape cluster.
05 - Decorate the cluster with mint leaves to mimic grape leaves.
06 - Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to firm the cheese coating before serving.
