05 - Attach a fan or star-shaped disc to the cookie press and fill it evenly with the dough.
06 - Press cookies directly onto prepared baking sheets, arranging 3 to 4 cookies per cluster in overlapping fan shapes at their bases.
07 - Sprinkle colored sanding sugar or sprinkles over the shaped cookies as desired.
