→ Spread

06 - 3 tbsp light mayonnaise
07 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard
08 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# How To Make:

01 - Combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and black pepper in a small bowl, mixing until smooth.
02 - Place the flour tortillas flat on a clean work surface.
03 - Evenly spread a thin layer of the prepared mustard-mayo mixture over each tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
04 - Distribute the sliced turkey breast evenly over the spread on each tortilla.
05 - Place the provolone slices evenly atop the turkey layer.
06 - Arrange spinach leaves and red bell pepper strips evenly over the cheese.
07 - Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to form a log shape.
08 - Trim the ends off each roll and cut into 4 equal pinwheels using a sharp knife.
09 - Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving to facilitate slicing.
